got back from the sale around 11 something after spending 1.5 hour at armada. reached there at 9:30am and the que was not long... maybe around 20 - 30 people only. but then the que kept on growing till i couldn't see the end of it. the door was opened 15 mins after 10:00am because the guy in charge said there was a problem with the cashier computer system. i straightaway went to the paul & joe section to search for powders and powder foundations as ordered by one of my customer. she ordered refill for dual powder foundation or any powder foundation in colour 30 but there wasn't any. it's also the same with protective foundation primer uv and moisturizing facial mask... none of them are available. i could see that colours for foundation / powder are very limited and the seller also said they only got whitening facial mask which cost around rm80. there were also other makeups and some that i noted are: eye shadow color palette (#001 / #002) : rm36 face color powder : rm22... The interest component of home loan repayment can be deducted from income while computing your tax liability, says Ashish Gupta Under the Income Tax Act, interest on a home loan is tax deductible provided the specified conditions are complied with. The deduction is available while computing income under the head ‘Income from House Property’. Deduction on interest paid is available even if the house is not rented out and is either lying vacant or has been self-occupied. The relevant provisions are contained under Section 24 of the Income Tax Act. The loan should be taken for construction, acquisition, repair or reconstruction of property. The main condition is the assessee should borrow the money for housing purposes. The interest should be payable on the borrowed capital. Christmas Time
So it's December already! Time flies so fast, and in the blink of an eye, Christmas is almost here. I've not celebrated Christmas with the family since 2004, which is why it gets me when people complain about the holidays with their parents. Hey, at least you've got family to celebrate it with! Sure, friends are around, but it's just not the same. I'm actually wishing I could be home, doing Christmas baking (for the first time), and filling the whole house with the smell of gingerbread and butter cookies. And a Christmas log! OMG. I want to bake one of those... But I digress. Back home, we would always go to departmental stores to see the Christmas decorations and Metrojaya would have different themed trees on the top floor (where all the ornaments and stuff are). It makes my heart sing, really, to see them all decked out so prettily. Most times our relatives will throw Christmas parties and invite us as well...
